Management Services (Consultancy and Implementation)

IASCI provides its clients with independent consultancy and project development/implementation services; primarily related to humanitarian intervention, migration management, and economic development sectors.

To ensure that a project or initiative has as wide a buy-in as possible from the outset, all IASCI assignments are predicated on substantive involvement from all key stakeholders. Within a shared vision, IASCI then provides its clients a combination of objective-specific consultancy and implementation services.

Assessments, monitoring, evaluation and analyses are core competencies. Objectives including include:  the re-assessment of the rationale for the intervention; options appraisal; feedback to facilitate learning about "what works", and, introducing mid-course corrections where necessary. The objective is to use information management to systematically inform management decision-making over the term of the intervention - not an evaluation process that is "bolted on" as an afterthought.
