The
minimum acceptable standard for any IASCI-related project acting
in service of the international community and national states is defined
by four inter-related factors:
 |
The data provided must be of such consistent high quality as to
gain and maintain legal jurisdiction within its participating
states - i.e. it must be accepted by the professional end-user, and
when necessary, by their administrative procedures and court
systems; |
 |
It must be
recognized by all parties as exclusively transparent,
verifiable, and neutral (agenda-free).
|
 |
It must be obtained, forwarded and processed by
rigorously
applied standard operating procedures, and; |
 |
It must be
extremely time and cost-effective to obtain,
process, and forward (the current target is to complete the research
and provide a response to the end-user/beneficiary is 10 working
days). |
