Methodology


The minimum acceptable standard for any IASCI-related project acting in service of the international community and national states is defined by four inter-related factors:

bullet

The data provided must be of such consistent high quality as to gain and maintain legal jurisdiction within its participating states - i.e. it must be accepted by the professional end-user, and when necessary, by their administrative procedures and court systems;

bullet

It must be recognized by all parties as exclusively transparent, verifiable, and neutral (agenda-free).

bullet

It must be obtained, forwarded and processed by rigorously applied standard operating procedures, and;

bullet

It must be extremely time and cost-effective to obtain, process, and forward (the current target is to complete the research and provide a response to the end-user/beneficiary is 10 working days).
